Ted Gwartney is a world class land and property assessor with a distinquished and successful career which included chief assessor for the entire province of British Columbia, Canada, Southfield, MI, Bridgeport, CT and other positions. He was the President of FEJ and is now the Treasurer. He is a graduate of San Diego State University in Real Estate and of the Henry George School of San Diego which influenced his career path. He was also offered a job of Assessor in St Petersburg, Russia with someone named Vladimir as his assistant.
